This Early Music Festival takes audiences on a journey into Füssen’s rich musical past with concerts performed in the historical performance style. Two concerts at the Christuskirche in Füssen on October 18 and November 27, 2026, will be dedicated to the musical heritage of the Benedictines from the former St. Mang Monastery.

In addition, the “Füssener Festtage Alter Musik” association is also incorporating the region of Bavarian Swabia into this year’s program: Two concerts will take place at the former Fellheim Synagogue on November 7 and December 20, 2026.

Das Foto zeigt eine prunkvollen Raum. Die Decke ist reich mit Stuck und mehreren Deckengemälden verziert. Den Raum säumen hohe Fenster. Auch die Fensterrahmen sind mit weiß, goldenem Stuck verziert. Der Raum wird von vier Säulen eingerahmt. Zwei Säulen sind Lapislazuli blau, zwei malachitgrün. Der Raum steht voller Holzstühle, die mit blauem Stoff bezogen sind. Die Stühle sind alle Richtung Kamera ausgerichtet. Ein schmaler Gang führt durch die Stühle hindurch. Der Raum ist lichtdurchflutet.
